Report on RestoBot operation

Conversations

Messages

This report allows you to check how many messages your RestoBot has sent and received over a period of time. Please note that messages can be text, image, multimedia or attachment.

Conversations

This report allows you to check how many conversations with user RestoBot has generated over a period of time.

A conversation is counted as "new" when a user interacts with RestoBot for the first time. If the same user continues to interact with RestoBot, this interaction will be counted as "existing" for the that day (even if the user deletes the conversation and starts a new one).


Audiences

Users

This report shows the number of user that interacted over a period of time.

"New user" is a user that interacted for the first time and "Returning users" is a user that interacted before.

Subscribers

This report show the total subscriber (users that interacted with your RestoBot and subscribed)

Time range selection

Here is a list of fixed time ranges.

  • Today
  • Last 2 days
  • Last 1 week
  • Last 2 weeks
  • Last Month
